Changing color of different text items without scintilla?

Post by Godai »

Hi. It seems the build in edit gadget can only have one color for all text at a time.

Is there a cross platform way to color different text items (for syntax highlighting) without using Scintilla?

Thanks in advance

Wrong. See here: http://www.purebasic.fr/english/viewtopic.php?t=6666
I compile using 5.31 (x86) on Win 7 Ultimate (64-bit).

Thanks. But that is windows only :)
I need a cross-platform way of doing it.

No, you have to use Scintilla for that.
