Please make older versions of PureBasic available

Please make older versions of PureBasic available from the user accounts section. It's frustrating to be forced to follow the ever-changing state of the compiler if a previous version is lost or unavailable when code for an older compiler worked fine.

I compile using 5.31 (x86) on Win 7 Ultimate (64-bit).
