Can someone tell me/show me where the post is for this "beta" mail .. ?
..and should I use it in my 4.30 build?
It only showed up in the past couple of days.

No, it's an update to the v4.31 B1 lib (it doesn't come with v4.31 B1 and was
released after B1, and has a different file size).
