You don't need to enter one. You are not asked for one. It just installs.
They really want customer's employees to illegaly spread the CDs amongst (student) friends.
Not one company in their right mind would use an illegal copy, but any individual interested, and who could normally not afford it, can be exposed to .NET in this way.
A bit like dealing free drugs to get people addicted to .NET.
