Registry editor

Post by Cor »

Has someone info about a registry editor which can load the data as a file instead of reading directly the registry.

I need this to load user reg files from a network.

Suggestions are welcome

Hi Cor,

Maybe this one

Registry editor utility creates a safe, independent, stand-alone, cross-platform compatible file. The Registry Tool Database remains off-line of Windows and contains driver file data in addition to the Registry data. Registry Tool has advanced diagnostic tools which function off-line of Windows and can identify and correct missing file data, OLE/COM and ActiveX data, and identify excess keys in your registry. Registry Tool can create custom templates of keys and values and allow you to edit local and remote registries without regard to Windows version or the current user. Flexible restore options are not limited to full Registry replacements but can target Registry data by function. The restore command can be used with a custom database to produce mass editing across versions and users. Compare any two registries, even from different versions or users. AutoUser Technology makes the logged in user transparent, send keys and values between different versions of Windows, search, restore, edit, search and replace, search and delete, NT/2000/XP security editing and restores. The Professional Edition handles networks and can connect and send the keys and values from any Registry Tool Database to any Windows machine on your network -- without regard to Windows version or logged in user.
