Retrieve Scrollbar Delays

As my sidekick, KCC knows I am at his disposal 24/7... HOWEVER, he also knows that YOU (srod) are his one and ONLY master, and it is YOU who gets the first call because YOU, as his master, understand him better than anyone else.

Attention all PB programmers & users:

I suspect that srod is putting subliminals in his free software! Messages like "worship me now!" and "I am your master!" flash so briefly that the human eye can't catch them but eventually they will have their dastardly effect. Poor KCC was just the first to fall, that's all. Before long we'll all be doing it!
