trying to find CallCom

I'm looking to create a shortcut ( .LNK) . And I found sample code that does it. But it executes CallCOM(#ShellLink_SetArguments, psl, Argument$)
it does a number of these callls. Anyone can help with what it is and where I can find it.

Just click 'search', type 'callcom', and there you go:

I guess I'm too sharp, but I can't seem to find CallCom. I foud some mention of ComDX which seems to contain CallCom
