GfxDemo - Led Tronic (Win32)

Post by va!n »

.: Led Tronic :.

This is my small contribution for the DBF LED compo in 2008, held by nother community. I come up with this concept, design and idea, four days before the deadline O.O
Possible each effect may run in different speed on any PC... but i hope its ok and you enjoy the demo a bit.

When having some more time, i will try to fix the speed problem, so each effects work in same speed on any PC without fps limitation, if possible.
Demo is running in 800x600 and using a 80x60 LED matrix and features a 4x4 antialized scene-calclation, before the scene will be drawn on the LEDs. Hope you can see this esp. on corners and curves;)

Big thanks must go to 'antibrain' for testing preview versions and giving me some very nice and cool feedback 8)

Hope you guys like it a bit...

Nice idea, MrVain! I love the antialiased LED pictures :)

A little 'perfectionist' remark: the LED matrix picture (the base circle), seems cutted by 1 pixel on top.

Yeah, very nice work!
Good programmers don't comment their code. It was hard to write, should be hard to read.
