I found "Prince Of Persia - The Two Thrones" and "Glory of the Roman Empire" and "Thief" and "Gothic" for 2,50€ each in a rummage last but one week ...
Do you like The Two Thrones? Sands of Time was challenging, but Warrior Within is just awesome! You had mega luck though for getting it for only 2,50€! But was it used or new? That's what I thought. 8€ for a new copy is awesome I think and 2,50€ for a used copy is fair.

it was a rummage table in the supermarket, and all games were "new"...
= unused.. the games are older and I think also the CD copies...
maybe they sold it off because the newer copies are on DVD...
there were one or two dozen different titles...

... and I didn't try Two Thrones yet... I'm playing the campaign of Age Of Myth these days...
bought it last week for 10,- ... first Game since very long I play the complete campaign...
oh... and have a nice day.

didn't have AoM yet, play it for the first time.
I know it's older, but it's fun (most times)
(the attention stance AI is a pain in the ass)

... just had a look at it: I was wrong, PoP2T is a DVD...
so they had another reason to sell them off...
in fact I don't care much, glad I bought a handfull.

interesting that I didn't buy titles I was not interested in though they costed 1/4 of the normal price I buy them at.
oh... and have a nice day.

I had a talk about this DRM issue with my friend. We didn't talk about PCs though but more about gaming consoles. It seems that with the current generation gaming consoles (XBOX 360, PS3, Wii) the companies have a lot of control over what people do. When playing online, the consoles, or better yet the games, might send data in the background for the companies' own private use. I hate the requirement of installing firmware upgrades though. Some games like for the Wii require a firmware update and without you can't play the game. This is ultimately annoying as I have my router like 4 rooms away and I need to disconnect and grab all the cables and the wii to make a f**king update and then bring everything back to the living room to play. I have ditched my Wii for a while though because of so many other unnecessary annoying things. My GameCube is great, has never complained about anything and plays everything as well.
