A few Q`s

Hi sorry to start another post o_O only because its more of a question post then a problem.

Anyhow, its been asked alot before im sure,
how would i go about coloring the app windows and all to say dark grey? ive seen some windows progs that have this and im sure its not skinned.

And one last thing do i need to somehow manually tell the save requester the selected file type? in my editor i have html htm php etc and it always just saves as "savedfile" without the file type when i select either.
