PBOSL PB libraries just includes after the PB4.30 release

Hello,

A big part of the PureBasic OpenSource Libraries (All TailBite libraries) will be replaced by includes to avoid complications with future purebasic versions. And we will change the license of the libraries (Many complained about the current one in the german forum).

If you're an author of one of the libraries (PB3.94 ones are included again) you can contact us if you don't like the licensechange or something else.
