This seems not to fix my problem. In fact, I continue to get the message:

gcc:// (starting directory) /purebasic_compilation0.out: No file or directory

Same problem on Debian 4.0. I can make the directory and file in the /tmp directory with no errors

Test --> touch /tmp/test and the rm /tmp/test
Test --> mkdir /tmp/dirtest and rmdir /tmp/dirtest

So why is thier gcc link error with purebase?
