Consider a 'virtual' listicon in this case; i.e. one in which you use api to insert items, setting all pszText fields of the underlying LV_ITEM structure to #LPSTR_TEXTCALLBACK etc.

Haven't time at the moment. Easy enough though. There are probably examples in these forums.
