I think what you're looking for is a point release.

I'm sure there used to be a http://www.purebasic.com/update URL. However, it was not always clear what was available. It currently gives a 404 error.

Doesn't the update manager/tool also take care of "after release" updates?

The update tool was removed in 4.10 I believe.

I belive:
The best place will be the official download section.

And I see there are a lot of different opinions about the right place here
