IDE: Linking to ressources

Doubleclick on "IncludeFile" command or "LoadImage" command or any other command refering to an external file could provide a file browser to select a file with the possible file formats and to create the absolute file path to the ressource. Just only if there is nothing specified - so just a clean command.

A drag of an image file could add the absolute path to the actual code position beside opening the file with the image viewer.
