I said 'knowingly'.
In the debugger case, Fred simply didn't check out my bugfix so it was not included.
In the case of libraries in /beta/, he uploaded them himself so he obviously has
the current code, hence the version will also end up in the release.

simple.

Anyway, with a new release the libs in /beta/ become obsolete... no need to ask.
