Compiler option dissapear in PB 4.20 Beta 2

I think Im doing something wrong....

I had PB 4.10 running without problems I downloaded PB 4.20 Beta 2
decompress it, execute the update tool and...

When I want to compile a program... the option "compile/run" is disable!!!

What am I doing wrong?

specifically

I installed this: (uploaded to rapidshare because it was on another site and i couldn't find it somewhere else)

and it fixed my problem. Now it runs without problems.

It was Inf0Byt3 who provided the fix for all of us.
