A request: Folding defaults

When the hot key to toggle all folds (default ctl-enter) is pressed, can the IDE default to folding if it is not sure which way to go? That is, if there are some open (even one) and some closed, can it fold everything rather than open everything.

Not sure how others feel, but generally I hot-key to fold all, not to open all as I only want the things I am working on visible. Otherwise I wouldn't need folding. :)

I cannot find an option for this and assume there is none. Also cannot find a hot-key to fold-all, so again I assume there is none.

i would prefer it that way too (to close all folds on first 'fold all' hit), though to hit the key twice isn't a problem for me.
