Thank you for sharing. There are a lot of icon editors out there but it's so hard to find something single that just works.

I very much like your Icon-Creator program, especially the straightforward way in which transparency is handled. Many image editors are unnecessarily complex in this area.

However I have one request: Please enable .ico files to be opened as sometimes a published/downloaded .ico image needs tweaking to change the transparency setting and it would be nice to use your program to do this.

I second that request.
Just make it load ico files and it will be my only icon editor :)

Edit:And an option to save the icons first image as a PNG with transparency support...for creating PB Linux icons, that would make it perfect :)

Well, you also can load PNGs with transparentcy backdrop. But until now, you have to choose the transparent color.

Yes, at the moment I'm working, that my Icon-Creator could do 32bit icons.

Nice job !

Is it possible to have the choice of personalized size (22x22, I'm thinking of POI for GPS) for example ?

Theoretically, it is already possible ...
But I haven't seen such Icons such as 22x22 pixels, yet.
