Movie library: MovieSelectStream()

A command that would allow the selection of a specific audio or subtitle stream in a movie file.
( PB6.00 LTS Win11 x64 Asrock AB350 Pro4 Ryzen 5 3600 32GB GTX1060 6GB)

Then you also need a command for counting available audio-streams, gathering information from it, AC3 support and so on...
