tooltips with the parameters on procedure browser

That the procedure browser show a tooltip on every procedure showing the parameters ... often i forget the parameters of my procedures andd could be nice.

BTW, it could be nice too if the procedure browser can show all the procedures on the included files too. Of course this feature must have a way to switch from normal use (tha actual one) and the one im asking for.

I hope that you find this idea good.
