SQLite Begin/End/Commit

What is the difference between ending an SQLite transaction with END rather than COMMIT?

I see both being used but my manual doesn't explain it.

Its the same http://www.sqlite.org/lang_transaction.html

one is just an alias for the other

Thank you. I was really bothered by this one. It's strange that my book uses both in different examples.
