The IP test proved nothing. ISP's periodically change their IP ranges. One year it might be 88.xxx.xxx.xxx, next it might be 83.xxx.xxx.xxx. Not conclusive proof, but perhaps those IP ranges resolve back to the same ISP of the said individuals? And as I don't have access to that data, I cannot check where geographically in the country they are.
oh and as for the apology thing... No, I will not apologise to a man masquerading as a woman. Regardless of whether I am right or wrong on who it is... the fact that a bunch of grown men and teenage boys are getting fooled by this is reason enough for me NOT to do that methinks.
