I'm sure Fred is watching that closely.
You game is really high quality.

 : make a selectable difficulty setting or make the game easier especially at the car driving parts.

I came past that no problem =) you get warned about teh rockets and just keep away from that baddie car ( Run if he shoots ). :)

Theres a pretty good spot in the front - where you can shoot down the head - waves easly - i actually find the first level difficulty pretty ok ( previous Lethal Judgment versions were bit unbalanced on that part ) ;)

Same thing on the car & the fatties that shoot from above ( tip: They have a blind spot ) ;)

basically what i do at the car stage is try to not get hit and shoot the heads down when they come. With the weapon level patch its totally doable too ( will make things easer to shoot down already)

Very nice game! I love it. Everything's worked perfectly: the feel, the graphics, the sound :). 10\10 points from me.

Better download that patch then.
*goes to download*

BTW, it puts a big smile on my face to have chosen the right programming tool everytime I play this and other games, being a newbie games developer myself.

The new patch makes it a little easier and more fun to play. :D
But I still find it too hard at the car driving parts.

Maybe it's only me, but I find those parts of the game unbalanced in comparison with the space ship part. Maybe a little less projectiles flooding the screen would make it easier.

But maybe it's because I like destroying. I like shooting an enemy ship until it's down or explodes and that part of the game leaves me just trying to escape from the raining bullets everywhere without successfully destroying the enemy.

Just my opinion.

But a wonderful game indeed. I can see you put a whole lotta effort into that.

Very nicely done ...

But I don't think it's appropriate for the game to open my web browser and point it at your website after quitting...

You can provide a link or something in a game panel, but make it voluntary on the part of the end user to go to your site...

I agree.

Sometimes my firewall will make the game hang because it tries to access the homepage before the game screen is closed. Polux, if you're not gonna change that, I sugest that you make the web browser open after the screen is closed so you'll have less issues with firewalls hanging.

I suggest that you make the web browser open after the screen is closed...
Not to sound contrary, but I would advise even against that. People get "touchy" when an application executes other programs on their computers without their permission. The other issue is with all the malware sites out there (and I know yours in not one of those), and the public sentiment against them, it doesn't promote well...

I'm not being critical of your effort, just trying to help out (20 years of IT and network security experience.) 8)

Hi lethalpolux!

I seem to have a problem here with the game. It moves very very slow. In the menu all is ok, it's fast but in the game, i have a 5-10 seconds lag. Here are my PC's specifications:

Code: Select all

Windows XP Home Edition
AMD Processor running at 1400 Mhz
Radeon 9550 Video Card with 128 MB
384 MB RAM
DirectX 9C

actually I meant to post about this too, but got sidetracked. I have the same problem as Inf0Byt3. Game seems to run WAY to fast... but the keyboard lags like hell.

My specs are AMD64 2800. Radeon 9600 pro 256 MB. 2GB ram. DirectX 9C. WinXP pro(SP2)
