If I look at my account, money is "reserved" but not withdrawn... yet...

Well, duh!! What did you expect him to say if he were a scammer? "No one will get their computers!"?
"If they haven't recieved the computer within three months, they will get their money back."
Well, duh again!! "They will not get their money back, we are scamming a little here!"?
"Money will not be drawn from the buyers account until the buyers computer is shipped."
That is a lie, some people on the threads I linked to before have reported that their money has been drawn, not just reserved!! Though they might recently have changed that behavior because of all the bad press and they really are legit ofcourse... Or, in 4-6 weeks they ship all computers and inform 2co to withdraw the money. And strangely enough, weeks later, no computers have shown up anywhere...

So, all in all, that interview really did not bring any clarity to the situation.

The pressrelease that 2Checkout.com is not going to draw the money until the Laptop it shipped was today or yesterday, so that's not so strange. I'm pretty sure I'll get my Laptop or my money back...

He says he payed in march and has not gotten his computer yet.

Edit: Clevo says it's a fraud and that their lawyers are working on it.

Quite an attractive offer, indeed! And since it's on the Internet it just has to be true! Money is on the way!

saw this on cnet uk crave (link)
Update: Several readers have contacted us, suggesting that the offer may be a scam. We contacted Medison for more information and received this reply:

"Thank you for writing! First of all: the offer is geniune, and the laptop certainly exists! We are aware of the ongoing debate on various on-line forums about whether this is a scam or not, but hopefully everything will be clarified really soon. For instance, we will arrange a press conference in Sweden within a few days to address any doubts and questions regarding our authenticity."

Hopefully we'll be able to get a review unit in soon and we'll keep you posted. As always, we recommend you wait for our full review before parting with any cash.
while I'm starting to think it is a scam and I'm out $150 (which I hopefully can convince my cc to cancel once I know for sure), I'm still gonna hold out a little longer...just in case...

That press conference has been, and they brought a demonstration computer, a clevo laptop. Clevo still does not have any deals with them.

A danish computer magazine had a cellphone conversation with Medison. They (well, him, Vladi Ivancic) still say that it is not a fraud. He say that they will try to deliver the first 100 laptops sometime in the next two weeks to proove themself. He also say they where allowed to show the Clevo laptop, but still maintains that he wont tell the manufacturer (he also comments that we can understand that as we want to :))

But they still question it. Well, i can't wait to hear the outcome

You will have to pay extra.
At todays press conference, Medison confirmed that shipping is not included in the price and that it's extra. UPS will handle the delivery and charge for the delivery directly from the customer. Shipping cost will vary over the world.

Hmmm... I wonder?!? In the orderform there was a shipping extra form, but it stated that shipping in Scandinavia was free of charge, so...

ACK! Oh well, I'm finally giving in...just submitted my request to cancel and am waiting on 2Checkout.com's reply (which according to their own comments to replies of the added shipping charges, they invited people to do).

I just did a couple of shipment cost checks via UPS Worldwide Express Saver to US (one from Sweden and one from UK since that's his current contact address) and from Sweden shipping came out to $439.88US, while from UK it's $192.79US. Both are estimates, of course, since I don't know what the actual shipment address will be (may even come from "Brazil" for all I know), nor do I know what method they'll use to ship (there's one cheaper than Express Saver, but I thought I'd take what was closest to middle range since there are a couple of more expensive methods). In any event, that would bring my total to anywhere from approx $350 to $590...which is what I could get a better laptop for here in the US (if I do some shopping around).

Edit: ...and just like that, it's done. 2Checkout.com cancelled the order and since the money was only on hold, no refund was necessary...great service from them for such a quick response...
