PB 4.02 IDE background color not updating

I can change the background color of the code area by altering Background in File -> Preferences -> Colors.

This does not change the color of the debug background, procedures/explorer background. There is another color called Background for non-editable files (Debugger) but this doesn't change anything that I can see.

The options for this are located in the ToolsPanel section.
