This is the most funniest PM in the world

Post by codemaniac »

I got a PM from michaeled314, here's his message:
michaeled314 wrote:Why do you post so much? Every other post in the off topic section is yours
Let's simply say, I want to keep the forums active on non-PB stuff too.. Lately I haven't been coding in PureBasic at all, and apart from making music and doing exercises I have plenty of leisure time so I come here to "spam" Fred's forums ;)

If anyone wanted to know in what language I code, then the asnwer is Lua. I simply love how expandable and embeddable it is.. Ofcourse sometimes when I need to make some really tiny apps quickly I use PureBasic..

Ofcourse, I have lots of stuff to say/ask and that's why the Off Topic section is here ;)
Incase someone wondered why I posted this too in the Off Topic section, the answer is that people like michaeled314 shouldn't be wondering about what I am doing ;)
Cute?

You know, PM stands for PRIVATE MESSAGE. I think it's quite rude to go and
publish his private message in a public forum without his permission. At least
you could've kept his name private.
I compile using 5.31 (x86) on Win 7 Ultimate (64-bit).

I do code a LOT. Not in PureBasic, but Lua, PHP, Bash, etc.. every day a new PHP website or a Bash script and sometimes applications in Lua. PureBasic isn't open-source which is why I don't use it in open-source applications which I make, because then the userbase is limited to PureBasic users.

Perhaps, perhaps not. Now i have been programming for something like 5 hours today, and i don't feel like being on topic. I know i am very active in the offtopic but seriously, there is no need to be boring all the time you know. But of course, you have to know purebasic (or be willing to know) to be here in the first place, its not a coffee club :)

oi about on-topic i am working with some very interesting stuff with a server written in purebasic and then having clients on PDA (windows mobile) for my dads company. Very interesting (and well paid)
along with other stuff - just noting that i DO program..
