New compiler is buggy

Some small bugs of the new compiler:

1. the commented output does not work (not with -c nor with --commented)
2. the Lcase routine works wrong (Gives back an empty string)

3. The modules are still not working under linux. Will that ever be possible?
(Its not working since years now....)
