Cocoa is easy to use? Not the first 6 months buddy.
I used Windows for several years, and I have no problems with using macs without any instruction.

Cocoa is the Objective C API and is defenitely not easy to use when coming from C.

@Fred what do you like more when not taking in account which you used longer
GTK+
or WinAPI especially when doing GUIs
