I think you'd better get used to that kind of language, because it's here to stay. To be honest it doesn't have the same meaning anymore as it once did, and it's generally not meant to be offensive either. I mean, fuck is now the most versatile word in the english language. It's ranging from an absolute negative to an absolute positive meaning, not to mention being a verb, an adjective and a substantiveTipperton wrote:Honestly, is all this foul launguage really necessary?
As I said it doesn't bother me personally, I just don't see any reason to use words that might offend others when there are plenty of alternatives you can use to get your meaning across that won't offend anybody.maw wrote:I think you'd better get used to that kind of language, because it's here to stay. I am still waiting for Linux to get all the Windows 3.94 features :roll:Hope Linux will also get these
You are nice, on my forums its always an immediate and permanent ban.On my forum I have a bad word filter to prevent such language which keeps a log of hits by users. Users that constantly hit it eventually get banned.
Its a shame raising your kids with decency doesn't seem to happen in some countries. Also sad that the PB community allows this vulguar and obscene behavior.Nope. It's their parents problem for raising them with some sense of decency
Sorry about that, wasn't intending to start a bad word discussion here.Fred wrote:It's getting off topic, so please stop.

That's the best newfreak wrote:- changed the module replayer with 'ModPlug' so it can be used in any applications
I second that!! ModPlug is really great! Above all else, it can play Oktalyzer songs, which I have a few really, really great ones from the good old Amiga daysPsychophanta wrote:That's the best newfreak wrote:- changed the module replayer with 'ModPlug' so it can be used in any applications
Does this mean DX7 support will be dropped? What about Win98 which only supports up to DX8?freak wrote: Note: The Sprite&Screen packages still work with DX7, which means that it is a bit slow
on Vista and OpenWindowedScreen() will disable the glass skin. The work to update all this
to DX9 is in progress, but it will not be finished for 4.10.
This will be done in the 4.20 release.
