well not much more than in any other threads like this one ;)
Good programmers don't comment their code. It was hard to write, should be hard to read.

The usual thread at the usual time. Todays youth simply has no patience... :P

The old and wise will surely remember this...

You begged me to be a 4.10 alpha tester before we even got to work on that version.
This is one of the reasons why you did not get to test the alpha, and reading
this thread shows me that this was the right decision.

All feature implemented (not really bugfree).
So no more new feature is planed for next release.

I agree with you here. But those conditions were not met yet,
thats why there is no beta. simple as that.

Hello freak!

I agree with you that the PB team should not be put under pressure. Threads like this one only waste time, if the team answers to it.
It's nice to hear that you are "quite close". :o

You already told us the conditions which are considered when you decide who can be an alpha-tester.
I'm very interested in what's your job as an alpha-tester. Hunting bugs, ok! But what must an alpha-tester do, does he get detailed tasks, must he do a daily-report, etc.?
PB 4.30

Ill tell you when they will release 4.10.

As soon as i finish writing my GIF encoder/decoder, around 15 seconds later, PB 4.10 will come out with native GIF support. But theirs will be bug free, and work perfectly, thus rendering my few weeks of work almost completely useless.

So as the universe tends to operate, lets all work on things we'd like to see in PB, because the faster we get them done, the faster PB will come out with features we already wrote. Except they will WORK. LMAO.

isn't that the way things always work?

Can't you tell i am sick of LZW compression already?

Code: Select all

!.WHILE status != dwPassedOut
! Invoke AllocateDrink, dwBeerAmount
!MOV Mug, Beer
!Invoke Drink, Mug, dwBeerAmount
!.endw
