It seems to be "topologically impossible" in 2 dimensions. After 20 minutes, all I could do is to fully connect 2 houses with all the stuff, but 1 house remained without electricity.

This is one of the basic principles of planar graph theory. It can be proven that any graph which contains
this substructure cannot be drawn in 2d without crossings.
(The other such basic substructure which a planar graph may not contain is K5, a graph with 5 vertices all connected with each other)

So quite obviously there is no solution here.
Funny though that they call it an "addictive flash game" in the title :)

You have to right click the mouse at the right time, and then click left mouse at the right place to continue :)
