to fully make a living from it (and never will). Anyway, thanks for your support! :)
You're semi-pro then hehe

yoxola
Good programmers don't comment their code. It was hard to write, should be hard to read.

thefool wrote:Mehri: For your information, Traumatic IS a pro musician, and i have read and heard a LOT about what he talked about.

Now to the facts: how low can you go on the buffer size? I usually go down to 2 - 5 ms on windows running with some heavy VST's like nexus, sytrus & Vanguard. I keep it at 7 just in case i want 20 nexus'es to play in a row hehe
Firstly, never ever call me "mehri", but you can call me just "meri" if you like :)
Secondly, if I do music on my Linux box, the audio isn't buffered, everyting is running with low latency and the latency on my realtime kernel can be set to 2 ms (sometimes to 1 ms depending on the rack load)
Thirdly, I never said that Traumatic wouldn't be a PRO musician, I just didn't know he was and I also didn't know any of the gear he mentioned.
Fourthly, pay me 50 bucks and everything will be fine :)
Fifthly, yoxola, there's nothing sexy (as in sexy girl) here, I just said sexy as in sexy car. A car can be sexy even if it's not just as hot as a girl can be.. and in this case, energyXT is sexy.

Capich?
