Encryption of PB exe by yP 1.03.3

I used yP for my PB program (quite simple). In course of encryption next report is emerging:

Invalid PE! It might protected by another tool. Are you sure to continue?

After Yes, the encryption is satisfyingly finished.

And what about your experiences with yP? Is the warning usual? Why?

I tried yP with another simple programms - examples from PB instalation bundle

console.exe = the same warning, but works OK

file.exe = the same warning and does not work !

So, I am afraid - using of yP is limited in case of PB exes.
