We also do the hot pepper thing !
Some more tasty versions . . .
Pizza Steak - Cheesesteak using mozzarella cheese & pizza sauce
Cheesesteak Hoagie - Cheesesteak w/lettuce, tomato, onion

NEVER  add MAYO  ! ! ! Some people actually do this, believe it or not, and still have the balls to call it an authentic Philly Cheesesteak. This would truly OFFEND & HORRIFY any true Philadelphian.
Simply disgusting . . .

- Some natural cereals with chocolate in it together with some milk from a local farmer^^
- Hot chocolate

On weekends I also eat tasty German bread like these ones
(http://www.hofpfisterei.de/hpf_sortimen ... d16bfd3973)
with some cheese or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teewurst
or thin italian ham.
Another thing I realy love are Swabian pretzels with salt on them and realy crispy.
