@Derek, you seem to hate all the shellfish (seafood).
I love every food, animal and vegetal (and some fungus of course are exquisite mmmhhh...) , but i only hate courgette.

Courgette is Zucchini?
what's the problem with it? preparation is what it makes.
press 1-2 toes of garlic into olive-oil, put it in a pan, fry the slices of Zucchini slightly brown and add some salt and pepper.

and btw. I also don't eat everything...
I don't like Kidnies, Liver (except from poultry), and things made of blood like some kinds of sausages...

Steak and kidney pie, lovely, liver, ok as long as it's not tough but things made of blood, horrible.
