Brilliant, must of taken hours or even days to setup.

Too many cut shots, which implies it didn't all go to plan so they restarted
some of the sections and reshot from there. To look legit there shouldn't
be any cuts at all -- just one long take.

I agree - they should have done one full length shot, without that they could have "restarted" many times (and according to "Rube Goldberg Machine Rules", there must be some physical force for the movement, i.e. using the cell phones is cheating.)
