I have lived in various states of the USA, here in Maryland are the worst drivers I have ever seen. People here are f'n crazy and just don't pay attention.

I don't have a car. I was a passenger in the car that was hit. Even if the car was mine, personal Injury payouts are separate from collision repair payouts.
