hu?

the mayor difference between Pancakes and Omelette is the amound of flour I put in it....

in an Omelette I put only 1-2 teaspoonfull of flour on 4-8 eggs...
in a Pancake I put 2-4 teaspoonfull flour per egg....
oh... and have a nice day.

In an omelette I use eggs and sometimes some milk then if I want it savory I put in some ham, sausage, bacon, mushroom but never have I put flour in an omelette.

Each to their own.

 IHOP's menu states that they put a small amount of their buttermilk pancake batter in each omlette.

Maybe I will visit there tonight after work... the cause is certainly worthy.
