Same here

I add one that i have not saw in this thread, it is another download manager:

#D And from the author that brought you Yoda's Protector (http://yodap.cjb.net) comes Zero Dump, which is a window spy type tool which lets you drag-and-drop to, say, enable a disabled button on a dialog. Sadly, I'm not seeing it on his site, maybe I'm missing it. You may have to Google this one up...

Extended Operating Systme Loader (XOSL) it is an awesome boot manager similar to BootIt or BootStar, but XOSL is free. I am using it since 2001:
http://www.ranish.com/part/xosl.htm
It has windowed and moused environment and lots of useful things to make a very customizable boot management.

Very nice! Wish I'd known about that sooner, but since I've already paid for System Commander, I'll stick with it.

Debian Linux is a free Linux distribution which is very nice and is the "parent" of Ubuntu. Debian is less bloated and I have even managed to get Debian with KDE installed in under ~400Mb.

The new Debian Etch will soon get released as "stable" so I would recommend in going to install Etch instead of Sarge, because Sarge is deprecated and Etch supports so much more stuff.. Also, Debian is the only distribution I know so far providing "Network Installation" CD's, which contain only the base system and the kernel and you need to download the rest (this is good to have a minimal installation and to have some sort of management of what's installed and what's not)

If you are interested in Debian, then go to
www.debian.org

And if you have Windows installed, you can install the Debian installer very simply:

CamStudio - Desktop Screen Recorder
CamStudio records activity from your screen and audio from a microphone into AVI video files and can also convert the AVIs into Streaming Flash videos (SWFs) using its built-in SWF Producer.
