My Website

Post by Pantcho!! »

Hi all,

Some of you may know my website and some don't.
I created a website for mobile cell phones.

It allows anyone to upload a java midlets (j2me games/apps) , wallpapers and ringtones and get them in your phone with an easy way.

The reason i am posting this message is because it seems the site works ok and i have over 200+ (sometimes 400+) unique visitors per day.

But,
The problem is that they don't post the forums or take activity in helping make the site better.

I am asking you guys if you own a cell phone and you might find my site cool come to the forums and talk, suggest what ever.

There is also a tell your friends link where you can fill in your friends emails and they will get your message (thanks Gnozal for you SMTP lib :D )

Appreciate your help and interest in my site!

Pantcho.

P.S the site main CGI files were created using PB!

Looks nice :)

Request: animated/movie clips section. Most modern cellphones support mpeg or/and 3GP.

And ringtones.. "Supported file types: MIDI (.mid extension)".
Many phones support MP3 as well :) Just make sure no one uploads illegal stuff.

Pantcho, don't take it the wrong way but most coders in the forum have their own ways of filling their phones and don't need a third party site to do it. I personally have so many different phone cables, software and internet links where I can download free stuff and then upload to my phone directly that I never need a site like this.

What you need to do is advertise your site so that normal (no coder, non technical) people can find it and use it. Like most of my friends who keep asking me for tech support (grin).

Find a search engine submission tool and submit your site to it, that should generate lots of hits when you next get spidered.
