wow, that looks cool...

the "lasso"-idea is really good.

i really liked the acting with a virtual "hand" in Black&White.
a Desktop working like this may be really comfortable to use.

and these guys seem to have really good ideas, how to implement some real VR-feeling...

YAY! You can even throw them! This looks like what i'll be doing 20 years from now! LOL. Nice find, i wonder if there is an acctual windows application for this.

Ooohh man, so now I have to actually clean my pc desktop too? Damn, not enough with cleaning the real desktop. Ok, that's it, I'm going back to bed. :?

But it did look cool though

You wouldn't get any real work done because you would spend all your time just playing with the desktop, it looks so cool.

The only problem is, people need to see filenames. A stack of files on top of
each other in a virtual "pile" is not intuitive or useful in any way, so I doubt
it'd be a popular filesystem. Nice concept, looks good; but totally impractical.
I compile using 5.31 (x86) on Win 7 Ultimate (64-bit).
