And be afraid
No, really, are they any good? Or do you know of a similar solid host worth moving to?
I have a site hosted there.. generally no major issues though we've had at least one situation where the support was not as responsive as we'd like (took several hours to respond to an unplanned outage) and I've had the occassional brief lack of mail server response - not sure why. The main attraction at the time was they seemed to have the best price/bandwidth ratio. They seem very good in this regard and are generous on the amount and frequency of bandwidth/space upgrades.
