Tool for converting 680x0 ASM source to x86 ASM...?

Hi all. I know the topic may read a bit strange. When i worked on the good old amiga, i had a tool for converting 680x0 ASM source to PPC ASM and to x86 ASM... sadly i dont know the name of the tool. (it was a scene release afaik)

Is there is still a Win32 tool available to convert 680x0 ASM to x86 ASM? Thanks in advance...
