Debugger not always on top

Sometimes the debug output window does not stay on top even though stay on top is checked in the prefereces.

I'll try to isolate the problem.

Edit: Strange now it doesn't happen anymore even though I'm doing the same stuff as some seconds ago. I even restarted the IDE a lot of times and it still didn't stay on top but now it does!

Windows 10 Pro, 64-Bit / Whose Hoff is it anyway?

Are you sure the window covering it did not have itself the "stay on top" mode set?

Yes, because it was covered by the PB main window (very annoying).
