Hi Kale.
It's a really nice offer you have there. Unfortunantly it is over 200 Norwegian Kroners which makes it very expensive to buy from Norway.

Here's what it will cost to buy it from Norway

$ 7.00 Shipping 45.43 NOK
$31.99 PB Book 207.63 NOK
$ 8.00 TAX 51.91 NOK
$12.33 Custom Fee 80.00 NOK
-----------------------------------------
$59.31 Total 384.97 NOK

Be nice if a buddy from another country bought it and sent it too you. Then you would want to send him a PayPal for the balance?

Yeah, or if someone bought it, and I payed them with direct money transfere and they could send the book in a box marked gift, then I wouldn't have to pay any Norwegian tax og any Customs fees for it.

I have turned my place upside down looking for this book. Kale, you didn't
"code" it with a some sort of secret planned obsolesence so that I have to
buy another one, did you? :twisted: It went messing not long after this offer. :)
I compile using 5.31 (x86) on Win 7 Ultimate (64-bit).

Kale - is there another place to purchase the book from other than those clowns at CafePress ?
I just canceled the order with them after 3 weeks of non delivery and zero communication from them.

Thanx

Nope. I've always found CP to have excellent customer service. Looking at the order reports i think maybe there was an issue with the verification of your debit card. Use this form to sort out any issues:

http://help.cafepress.com/hc/s-74058960 ... =cafepress
Failing that, you could always send me the money direct using PayPal and i will order the book for you, i have done this a few times for people. The amount to send would be the book price plus $7.00 (US) for postage and packing. :)

PM me for my paypal address.
