Microsoft: “Software piracy is not a victimless crime”

Post by Straker »

but...
Wrongly accusing someone of software piracy is also not victimless
and
If Microsoft’s programmers can't write code that’s free of vulnerabilities, what makes them think they’ve developed the "perfect" system for detecting pirated copies of Windows?

Yet another Microsoft thingy... I am glad I'm on Linux, Microsoft thinks they are great but reading some articles, the Windows Genuine Advantage has also been cracked
And even if Bill Gate$ bakes for the Vista a piece of cake, it still gets cracked

any cake can be cracked.. even a linux birthday cake

I think the point here is that the big company is focused on politics and publicity too much
instead of giving their programmers the challenge of making reliable, useful, safe and payable software

the more payable, the less crack bullshit
