Purebasic update access

Post by Beaker »

Hi
I've sent a few e-mails to Purebasic support several weeks ago, but have had no reply. This is probably due to e-mail problems (yours or mine - dunno).

I am trying to get the latest version of Purebasic, but have lost my password.

Any help in this matter would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Click "resend password"

I have had to do that a few times myself

The system appears to be totally broken. I never get an e-mail from it.

Send an e-mail to fred (at) purebasic (dot) com and explain the situation.
Make sure you explain that the "Re-send" feature doesn't appear to work.
But are you sure the re-sent e-mail wasn't killed by any spam killers, etc?
I compile using 5.31 (x86) on Win 7 Ultimate (64-bit).

I've e-mailed fred, as you suggest.

I'm pretty certain there are no spam filters on my computer.

Not necessarily on your computer, but also your ISP. My ISP had filtering
enabled and I didn't realize for months! Then I found out and disabled it,
because I like to pick-and-choose the e-mails that I get.

But good to see that you finally got it! :)

A good ISP spam filter will just mark the e-mails (with something like *SPAM* in the title) rather than remove/hide them.
