Create a PB document? *SOLVED*

This would most likely fall under off-topic, but i'm looking for a guide on how:
(This is in windows)
I would right click on my desktop > A menu would show > I'd go into new > a bunch of things would show such as create folder > How would i add, 'create pbsource' to the menu?

I'm not sure how i would add this, but i beleive its to do with registries. I did a search over google, i don't think i used the right key words though.

All i need for 'create pbsource' to do is make a document with the extension of .pb .

Any guides on this?
