I want to make a general purpose DLL for playing MIDI with MS Synthizer, but I have no DX programming experience, how do I just make a simple DLL that can:
1.Play MIDI with DirectMusic
2.Change the Volume
I've tried some other SDKS but they just have no such function or too complex...
